Owner & Principal Advisor

A corporate and tax advisor based in Denmark since 2012. She built her early career in Kyiv, advising clients at Deloitte, at the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, and at the Ukrainian law firm Ilyashev & Partners on tax, regulation, and the practical mechanics of getting a transaction done. She follows Ukraine's tax, regulatory, and judicial developments at first hand — and leads every engagement.
