Denmark · EU · Ukraine

Balance is hardest to keep where you need it most.

Aequilibrium Global helps Danish and European companies, investors, and public bodies assess opportunities and counterparties connected with Ukraine, both when they invest or set up in Ukraine and when they work with Ukrainian companies in Denmark and Europe. We bridge both systems, conduct rigorous due diligence, and structure your operations on a solid footing.

COPENHAGEN KYIV
The space between

Ukraine's recovery will be one of the largest investment and market-entry efforts in modern European history and one of the least predictable.

The opportunity is real. So is the risk. Aequilibrium Global exists for the space between the two: an accountable partner who understands both the Danish and EU side of a decision and the Ukrainian side, whichever way the work runs. Aequilibrium is Latin for balance.

COPENHAGEN KYIV
Why Aequilibrium

A boutique firm, by design.

The advantages of working with senior people directly, and a network behind them.

Both systems, no translator

We move between the Danish and EU framework and the Ukrainian one in both directions, reading Ukrainian primary sources directly, not in summary.

Senior people on the file

You work with the people who advise you, not a junior team a layer down. Judgment is the product.

Discretion as standard

Confidentiality appropriate to consequential decisions. Every engagement begins with client screening (KYC) and a written agreement.

A network, not a queue

Specialists in law, tax, due diligence, and on-the-ground work are engaged per mandate, in Denmark and Ukraine, providing capacity without overhead.

The firm

One firm, two systems

Aequilibrium Global is a Danish-registered advisory firm built around a single idea: that the hardest part of a cross-border decision is holding both sides of it at once. We are deliberately small and senior, with a wider network of associates engaged as each mandate requires.

The firm pairs advisory depth on the Ukrainian side with operational and business reach on the Danish side, so a client gets both the judgment and the follow-through in one place.

How our collaboration works

1

You reach out and outline what you're weighing: a Ukrainian-market question, a due-diligence need, or a project that calls for capacity you don't have in-house.

2

We review the scope and give you a plain answer on whether we can add real value. If we can, we arrange a confidential briefing under an NDA.

3

We agree the working mode together: behind the scenes, strengthening your own team, or visibly at your side as the external Ukraine specialist.

4

Client screening (KYC) is completed and a written agreement is signed, with scope, terms, and confidentiality tailored to the specific mandate.

5

We deliver, and we review the results with you. The best collaborations continue the way they began: one well-defined mandate at a time.

Extend your capacity without extending your risk.
